Did not have breakfast, its not really affordable, or the style of eating I usually consume. So it was more eating while travelling. Location was great, in that it was close to the JR station which we were using for travel further afield, as well as some great 'cheap' dinning!

1st time staying in Richmond Hotel, the location is extremely convenient for us to walk to the nearby restaurant for dine-in after long drive. We appreciate for the free supper which is extremely delicious. Is a good experience.

Close to the train station and car hire. There are lots of places to eat. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

Excellent location. Amazingly helpful and friendly staff. Carpet was a little tired in our room but everything else was fantastic

Conveniently located to the train station. 7/11 and many restaurants close by. A great central location but still quiet with the window open.

Located almost next to the train/bus station and a great Kaiseki restaurant. Umbrella's were available when we asked for them.

The hotel is conveniently located next to the JR railway station of Utsunomiya. The room was of a decent quality. Perhaps a little outdated but everything functioned well.
